Individual houses will be completed within 18 months of obtaining the individual building license.
  3 Possession shall be given to the customer only after settling all the dues to the company.
  4 Flair Home Projects . reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Central, State or other local levies/taxes on finished work like service tax, workers welfare fund, works contract tax etc should be paid by the buyer.

Flair Home Projects. reserves the right to make minor changes in the dimensions and specifications during the execution. The builders reserve the right to take up and execute any part of the common facilities in accordance with their priorities.

 
  • On allotment, an agreement to construct the villa will be executed between the builder and buyer. The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of the land, development, building and all other common infrastructure.
  • Registration charges and incidental expenses for the registration of land will be to the buyer's account, to be paid at the time of Registration.
